Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Business Operations department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to external producers/agents, processing Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification. You'll also support the background check review and documentation process. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that's passionate about making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents to be eligible to market Medicare plans
  • Support the background check review and documentation process as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location
  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages

  • Experience working with Medicare contracts and verification of certification processes
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
