Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our clients via live chat. You'll be responsible for resolving website navigation issues, addressing service questions, and addressing general client concerns. Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to different personalities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
