Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote and Flexible Hours at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
