The Opportunity

As a Customer Account Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and think creatively will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to drive sales growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Who We're Looking For

* High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience preferred

• 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn and apply new procedures and technologies
• Enthusiastic and personable with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
• Ability to adapt to constant change and prioritize tasks effectively
