Job Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide fast, accurate, and friendly support, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner

  • Utilize various tools and resources to achieve one-call resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, products, and processes to provide accurate and informed support
  • Employ effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage with customers, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Meet performance goals in areas such as efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently, including Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 30 words per minute typing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and cultures
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
