Job Description

As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a vital role in our Contact Center team, providing world-class customer service to physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
  • Continuously evaluating current policies and SOPs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending process enhancements
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence
  • Documenting all activity related to claims
  • Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
  • Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain better billing information

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Remote work experience and ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Technical Requirements:

* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second

  • No satellite internet
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord; equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.

Application Window:

The application window closes on 9/11/2024.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
