Job description The successful Marketing Assistant for Interior Designers at 4Dbiz will wear many hats. We are looking for someone who can do it all -- from creating social media posts and writing engaging copy for landing pages, to building email newsletters, and more! Our ideal applicant will be detail-oriented, skilled, timely, tech savvy, independently motivated - looking to gain experience and get in on the ground floor of an exciting new company. Every 4Dbiz employee should be: -Honest -Reliable -Highly skilled -Ambitious -Creative -Collaborative -Easy to train/Eager to learn -Personable -Adaptable Job Details: -Looking to hire within the next 4 weeks -Part-time employment to start, with room to grow to full-time -$18-22/hour, depending on experience, skills, and professionalism -Opportunities for performance-based bonuses and annual raises -Fully remote position -Flexible working hours Primary Job Responsibilities: -Close collaboration with 4Dbiz Chief Marketing Officer -Manage marketing initiatives for a variety of interior designer clients. -Create automated funnels in softwares like Dubsado. -Design client deliverables like brochures, digital documents, and more. -Write blogs and educational articles. -Pitch articles to be featured in other publications. -Craft engaging landing page copy that generates conversions. -Collaborate with our Senior Marketing Assistant to develop a multi-platform social media marketing strategy each month. -Create graphic elements for social media marketing campaigns. -Write social media copy. -Manage incoming comments and messages. -Adhere to brand voice for each client while bringing your own unique spin to the work. -Collaborate with designers to brainstorm visual content to accompany every piece of written content. -Track metrics to determine content effectiveness. -Direct outreach and list building via multiple online channels. -So much more as we continue to grow and develop.
