About the Role

We fly into airports all around the world, and we need an entire team of people to keep things running smoothly! From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes ensuring your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running like clockwork every single day. As an Administrative Support Specialist - Airport Operations Station Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport stations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and tasks related to planning, finance, accounts payable, report preparation, and health organization related to office and faculty capabilities in a Station Operations office
  • Aids in the development and maintenance of advanced plans for getting work done for station activity capabilities using computer-generated volume data and staffing rules
  • Forecasts future workforce needs and may assist with planning the allocation/utilization of staffing resources to meet responsibility requirements to ensure efficient cost and performance control
  • Creates and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports relating to budgets, office estimates, operations, and performance
  • Makes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies, and processes local invoices for payment
  • Performs personnel-related duties including filing, processing payroll according to provisions of company policies and procedures
  • Provides support for management by coordinating and planning of reports related to personnel capabilities
  • Provides work direction, guidance, and training for the Representative - Station Operations (as needed)

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to analyze and report out on data
  • Solid and positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Ability to remain calm in high-volume/high-tension situations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position
