Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required (we provide comprehensive training and support)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
