Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately inputting data from work orders and invoices into our system, meeting monthly deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
* Working independently to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
* Performing audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges, and collaborating with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Communicating with the Customer Service Management team to track and report cost savings, and participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a customer-focused attitude and good interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and Word, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
* Basic knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is preferred, but not required.
* An Associate's Degree is preferred, but not required.
Physical Demands
As a remote worker, you will be required to:
* Sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while working from home.
* Frequently use your hands for typing and handling data.
* Occasionally lift and move items up to 10 pounds.
Remote Work Environment
