Job Summary
As an Experienced Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights that inform packaging decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be critical in driving business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth and innovation
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights that inform packaging decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging strategies that meet business objectives
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging and data analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
* 4-year degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and innovation
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Knowledge of packaging industry trends and best practices
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
- Certification in data analysis or statistical modeling, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
