About the Role

As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for listening carefully and evaluating each caller's situation to provide appropriate solutions. You'll exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming manner. Our clients' hours of operation are open 24x7, and you'll have the flexibility to schedule your hours to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate each caller's situation and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring that each call is resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming manner.
  • Multitask to find answers while on the call with the customer, utilizing available resources to resolve issues efficiently.
  • React and respond decisively in emergency situations, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Response Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to find answers while on the call with the customer.
  • The ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors fluent in Spanish and English or French and English preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Experience with driver assistance programs or similar services.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Contract rate: A contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour.
  • Bilingual premium: A bilingual premium of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 48 minutes per available hour.
  • Flexible scheduling: Flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your own hours and work at times that suit you.
