Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will answer questions about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions, helping our members better understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will provide the solutions needed to improve their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, helping them understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions to resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and member satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

* Partners degree or equivalent experience
