Key Responsibilities

- Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
- Deliver exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a timely and organized manner
- Report essential account data according to established procedures and protocols
- Maintain the highest levels of integrity and adhere to all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success in a customer care and sales environment (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an online setting
