Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners

  • Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
  • Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
  • Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve measurement-based issues
  • Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
  • Work with Data Architects and system designers to help documentation and executions of data set plans
  • Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
  • Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for executive audiences
  • Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

Essential Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering)
  • Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
  • Understanding of social data set plan and capability
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment and conveying, and excellent direction
  • Fruitful collaboration and time usage abilities
  • You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
  • You have astounding written and oral communication skills
  • A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
  • Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a technical field (Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering)

  • Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, D3.js)
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
