Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time, direct hire employee, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $53,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and we offer a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
  • Guiding customers through the ordering procedure online
  • Resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Utilizing a range of software tools to address customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with outside shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduation or its equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
  • Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
  • Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
  • A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we encourage applicants with fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
