We are hiring a compassionate Remote Virtual Wellness Coach to guide clients through fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, and lifestyle goals. You will support individuals through virtual sessions, personalized plans, and continuous motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions via phone, Zoom, or chat
- Create customized wellness plans based on client needs
- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and daily habits
- Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Offer ongoing motivation, accountability, and support
- Maintain accurate client records and session notes
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate with wellness teams when necessary
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy
Qualifications:
Required:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle coaching
- Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules
- Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, fitness, or life coaching
- Knowledge of stress management, mindfulness, or holistic health
- Familiarity with digital coaching tools or virtual client platforms
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in coaching, health support, fitness training, counseling, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
