UI Designer

About the Role The UI Designer crafts visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent interfaces for digital products. You’ll translate complex functionality into user-friendly interfaces and design systems that promote clarity, confidence, and delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Design clear, effective data visualizations for insights and recommendations.
• Define UI patterns for transparency, user control, and error handling.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver polished, high-performing interfaces.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate designs and gather feedback.
• Incorporate feedback and usability data to continuously refine designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI Design or Visual Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for data-heavy or AI-powered products.
• Motion design or prototyping experience (Framer, After Effects, etc.).
