Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various blithequark databases and systems.
  • Verifying and cross-checking information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Processing large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Generating reports and assisting in the preparation of data summaries as required by management.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data workflow.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in data promptly.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with data management software and online tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
