Position Overview
As a Virtual Customer Chat Research Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through live chat and email communication. You will work independently to resolve issues related to subscription renewals, login recovery, account setup, and payment changes. You will also be responsible for escalating complex cases to our technical teams and maintaining a clear, supportive tone across all written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets via live chat and email inboxes - Answer questions related to billing, login issues, and account navigation - Follow pre-approved scripts and templates to ensure consistent support - Tag and document tickets clearly and accurately - Escalate complex cases to technical teams - Maintain a clear, supportive tone across all written communication
