The Role

As an Experienced Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via our live chat platform. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers by leveraging the right methods and tools, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust and loyalty through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices, provide support, and drive continuous improvement in our customer support processes.

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries promptly via live chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a sense of community and connection.
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices, provide support, and drive continuous improvement in our customer support processes.

Requirements and Skills:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus, demonstrating your ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, enabling you to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, showcasing your ability to leverage technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.
  • High school degree, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, or a related field.
