Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Manager in Training, you'll be responsible for leading our remote customer service team to deliver top-notch support and keep our clients thrilled. You'll also have the opportunity to soak up knowledge from our leadership squad, learning the ropes and picking up skills that will set you up for success. Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. While experience in management is a plus, it's not a requirement. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working remotely and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field (not required, but a plus)
  • A natural ability to connect with people and inspire and motivate a team
