Introduction to the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our blithequark team in a fully remote part-time position. This role offers flexible working hours, with shifts under 4 hours daily, and a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00. As a WFM Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of data within our workforce management systems. Your primary tasks will include processing data entries accurately and efficiently, verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in various systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifying data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity across all systems.
  • Generating reports and analyzing data for operational insights, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of data management processes, staying updated on software and industry best practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative roles, or a similar position is highly desirable.
