Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Data Entry Specialist
, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving data-driven approaches to solving complex business problems through data creation, analysis, and statistical modeling
- Building and applying segmentation, regression, and clustering models to derive insights
- Supporting data-informed business processes by applying data mining, quantitative analysis, and data modeling to surface and raise key topics, addressing business questions across diverse business areas
- Extracting and developing data for analysis, securing, organizing, scrubbing, and controlling complex, large-scale data from multiple original sources using tools such as PySpark and advanced SQL
- Applying supervised or unsupervised learning methods, such as linear and logistic regression, decision trees, or k-means clustering, to derive, validate, and measure conclusions from the data
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and understand performance, diving into data to drive significant and meaningful insights
- Contributing to organizational needs through ongoing reporting and analysis to inform business, product, marketing, and sales decisions
- Leading content performance and audience analysis for product releases, creating and tracking key metrics to measure success
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, including Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields
- Experience creating statistical models and analyses in an industry setting for business use cases, with applied knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning procedures
- Proficiency in handling large, transaction-level datasets and interpreting data patterns from multiple disparate data sources
- Solid hands-on experience creating modern analytical solutions using scripting tools (Python/R)
- Expertise in advanced SQL, large-scale data, and numerical computing languages (PySpark)
- Experience with data mining in distributed systems (Hadoop/Databricks)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker)
