Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field a plus

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience in a related field)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
