Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals, and providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
