Job Highlights
* Contract: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday through Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (UK Time, GMT/BST)

Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Leveraging website resources to provide detailed product information and recommendations
- Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with complex inquiries and improve response times
- Navigating the company's back-office system to access order data and resolve customer issues
- Handling email tickets using the company's ticketing system
- Maintaining exceptional written communication standards in English
- Escalating complex queries to the in-house team when necessary
- Adapting to seasonal fluctuations in demand, particularly during busy summer periods
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail
- 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Proficiency in live chat platforms and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
- Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with UK customers
- Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday
- Comfortable with seasonal fluctuations in workload
