Job Summary

As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving their queries, answering their questions, and providing them with a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use a variety of tools and resources to find the best solution for our customers' problems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide them with a positive and memorable experience
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handling time

Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6am to 8pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Initial four/five weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
