Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving queries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email. You will also be responsible for capturing customer information through the blithequark SAP database and promoting the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email

• Capture customer information through the blithequark SAP database
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Advise customers on the entire blithequark product range, including product replacements, refunds, and orders
• Encourage customers to upgrade to the latest products
• Provide relief reception cover as and when required
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment, with a mix of office and remote work

Requirements

* Prior experience within a customer service environment from an FMCG industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with a flair for influencing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable, but training will be provided
