Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager – Practice Operations and Workflow Optimization, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Your expertise in practice operations, revenue cycle management, and electronic health record systems will be invaluable in optimizing workflows and streamlining our services. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a key liaison between clinicians and blithequark's services, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal workflows

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, providing exceptional customer support and resources
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clinicians to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of clinicians
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's services, including EHR, software, and clinician community offerings
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in healthcare practice operations, with a proven track record in customer success, client relationship management, or practice consulting

  • Direct experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clinicians
  • Ability to handle multiple clients or projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
  • Proficiency in using software platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Patient-first mindset with a passion for improving clinician workflows and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of practice operations, including revenue cycle management, billing, and insurance claims
