Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a multifaceted role that combines customer experience, partnerships, and business development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, and launching and managing our affiliate program. Your passion for delivering exceptional service, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and establishing Parentfile as a household name.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content creation, email management, and customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our subscribers
  • Design and conduct tests to encourage subscribers to share their Parentfile with family and friends, driving user engagement and retention
  • Launch and manage the Parentfile affiliate program, targeting moms, teenagers, and retired individuals, and develop strategic partnerships with financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents
  • Conduct weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and inform product positioning for each demographic, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our users
  • Create written materials and images as needed for customer emails and other communications, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail
  • Work effectively as part of a small team, sharing workload and collaborating to achieve common goals, and demonstrate your ability to work independently in a remote setting

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the mindset of a parent and be able to "live the brand." We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, and/or working as an entrepreneur or for a rapidly growing startup, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and building strategic partnerships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write articulate and convincing emails
  • Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving objectives, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance metrics
  • Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to navigate challenges and setbacks, and a strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive results
