Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering premium service and fostering customer relationships through effective telephone communication. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers, and helping to drive business growth through your interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver premium service and foster customer relationships through effective telephone communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve complex issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred

  • Type 40 WPM & Hard Wired High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
  • Must live in Texas (not Houston)
  • Availability to work ANY shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central
  • Contract position through January

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Work Environment

* Remote position with flexible scheduling

  • Must live in Texas (not Houston)
  • Contract position through January
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company

Pay and Benefits

* Pay range: $15.00 - $17.00/hr
