Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative – ServiceTitan Specialist, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers from their first call through job completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting high-quality inbound leads: Convert leads from Yelp and Google campaigns into booked appointments through empathetic, persuasive communication.
  • Dispatching plumbers: Dispatch plumbers via ServiceTitan, aligning technician expertise and availability with customer needs.
  • Processing invoices: Process invoices and manage billing workflows within ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining proactive communication: Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout their service journey—from first contact through job completion.
  • Delivering exceptional support: Deliver exceptional support across diverse plumbing services, including:

+ Emergency drain cleaning + Faucet installations + Water heater replacements + Whole-home water line re-piping projects

  • Executing administrative tasks: Execute administrative tasks related to CRM and service coordination with efficiency and precision.
  • Building strong customer relationships: Build strong, lasting customer relationships that foster repeat business and generate positive reviews.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional English communication skills: Clear, professional pronunciation (minimal accent) and strong written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills: Strongly preferred to support a diverse customer base.
  • Customer service experience: Proven experience in customer service with US-based clients, with a strong understanding of cultural and communication alignment.
  • ServiceTitan experience: Highly preferred and a strong competitive advantage.
  • Strong technical aptitude: Ability to quickly master CRM/service management tools.
  • Full-time availability: Commitment to a consistent 40-hour work week.
  • High attention to detail: Self-motivated and proactive in workflow management.
  • Ability to excel in an independent remote work environment: Maintain productivity and quality while working independently.
