Your Role

As a Freelance Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing blithequark as the contact person for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Screening patients for clinical trials, following a strict screener and adhering to medical protocols
• Collaborating with doctors and patients to facilitate connections and ensure a smooth trial experience
• Utilizing your medical knowledge and expertise to provide accurate information and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals
• Working closely with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the trial process

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Polish (mother-tongue) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong background in healthcare, with experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a related medical field
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Initial experience in handling customer requests via phone and email, with a proven track record of providing first-class service
• The ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as needed
