Job Summary

As a Customer Implementation Project Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations

• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential project risks and issues
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and status meetings to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing position, such as project manager, pre-sales engineer, solutions engineer, technical account manager, or similar roles

• Proficient English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing cross-team communication, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Degree or experience in Localization and/or Linguistics, with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances
• Experience with project management tools, including Jira, MS Office, Gantt charts, and Miro
• Experience or education in development, QA, testing, or related technical fields, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies
