Job Overview

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be flexible and able to work in shifts, with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. You should also have good comprehension skills and be able to address customer issues appropriately. A minimum qualification of 10+2 is required, and any graduate or postgraduate is eligible to apply.
