  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative approach to work.
  • Utilize office equipment, such as scanners, to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including email handling, calendar management, and data entry.
  • Experience using office equipment, such as scanners, printers, and fax machines.
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 95% accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with strong attention to detail and quality.
