About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our customers, ensuring seamless interactions, and maintaining accurate records. Your strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office Suite will enable you to excel in this position. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your duties will include data entry, clerical work, and administrative tasks, all of which will require your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Update and maintain customer call databases, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
  • Provide managerial support, including profile creation and updating, filing, information entry, and document generation
  • Create and improve customer service concern tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle exclusive management projects, as well as spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet investigation activities
  • Manage the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Be responsible for checking supply products, ensuring adequate stock levels and prompt replenishment

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to work from home (remote work arrangement)
  • MS Office Suite competency, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
