Key Responsibilities
As a Jr Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers, addressing their queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling live chat interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently
- Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Position Details
* Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements: Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. A reliable internet connection is a must.
