Job Summary
As a Seasonal Package Delivery Assistant, you will ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our famous brown trucks and help deliver packages of all shapes and sizes to customers. This is a seasonal role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be assigned work in the morning based on operational needs and your availability, and you will be provided with a meet point where the driver will pick you up.
Key Responsibilities
* Ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our brown trucks and help deliver packages to customers
- Assist with making multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned delivery route
- Lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working outdoors and interacting with customers
- Demonstrate stamina and a strong work ethic
- Meet with the driver at a specified location and work together to complete deliveries
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accurate delivery of packages
Essential Qualifications
* Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Enjoy working outdoors and interacting with customers
- Stamina and a strong work ethic
- Reliable and responsible
- No experience necessary
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in jobs such as Order Selector, Delivery Driver, and Driver
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
