About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely in California, you will be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare customers, answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve issues, and consulting on products with compassion. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize computer systems and software to document customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and quality standards

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind. You should have:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge to resolve customer issues
  • Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
  • High-speed internet connection (25mbps or higher) and a dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
  • Certification in customer service, such as CCSP or CSP
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills to support diverse customer populations
