Our client, a leader in the education industry, is seeking Phone Interviewers to join their team. As a Phone Interviewer, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to conducting effective phone interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to navigate conversations smoothly, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Phone Interviewer Location: Columbia, MO (NOT REMOTE) Pay Range: $14.50 - $15 per hour What's the Job?

  • Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift.
  • Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes.
  • Document necessary information accurately in the computer system.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing conversations with various personalities.
  • Work in a comfortable and casual office/call center environment.
  • Fulltime and Part time hours available
  • Not a remote position

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and write proficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to type efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
