Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a wide variety of customer and member inquiries and requests

  • Resolve guest and member issues to satisfaction, using effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Handle calls involving angry or upset customers, using empathy and de-escalation techniques to resolve issues
  • Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment

  • Knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with data entry and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Work Environment

* This is a fully remote position, requiring a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection

  • Must live in the Phoenix area
  • Must have open schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday

Compensation and Benefits

* $20/hour

  • Bonus potential $200-$400 a month
  • $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill
