Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately typing and inputting data from printed or handwritten documents into our cloud databases or systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reviewing, verifying, and correcting data to ensure its accuracy and completeness, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to our strict data protection policies and procedures.
  • Managing your time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and data entry principles.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) or Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
