Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying and reviewing data for discrepancies or errors, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Generating reports and performing data analysis as required, collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Maintaining a high level of organizational skills, working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
