About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Evening Digital Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit, collaborative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for solving customers' problems via email and chat for a variety of clients. You will work closely with our leaders to improve our software and operations, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Solve customers' problems via email and chat for a variety of clients, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve key standards in customer satisfaction and performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Work closely with leaders to improve our software and operations, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement and helping to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving policies and procedures, adapting quickly to changes and ensuring that you are always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excel in a high-standards, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role.
  • Type 40+ wpm with 99% accuracy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be dependable, with a strong attendance record and a commitment to showing up ready to work every day.
  • Be a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new software, systems, and processes, and to learn from feedback and coaching.
  • Take ownership of solving problems, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to customer service.
  • Be tech-savvy, with experience using the Google Workspace suite and other digital tools, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Read, comprehend, and write in English, with excellent language skills and attention to detail.
