Job Summary
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You'll provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications
* Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
- Fluency in both French and English languages (written, spoken, and read)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
