Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy, supporting end-users by establishing organization and user profiles, and collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required)
  • Assisting in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform
  • Supporting end-users by establishing organization and user profiles
  • Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system
  • Working flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST)

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM)
  • Language Skills: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users
  • Experience: Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
