Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Support Specialist to join our team in the USA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling opportunities, allowing you to work up to 4 hours a day. The hourly pay rate is competitive, ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. As a remote position, you will have the convenience of working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries while accurately entering data into our systems. Your tasks will include:

  • Providing exceptional call support to Netflix customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Accurately entering customer information and data into the Netflix system.
  • Updating customer records and maintaining logs of customer interactions.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Netflix platform.
  • Providing feedback on customer concerns and suggesting improvements to enhance service quality.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience using data management software.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Excellent listening skills and customer service orientation.

  • Prior experience in customer support or data entry roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
