Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR) at Blithequark, your primary focus will be on promoting our advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training, strategizing, and efficiently promoting Blithequark's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based.
  • Your goal will be to acquire as many businesses as possible, working within one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor: 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.; or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
  • Personalizing and managing a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Working from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Becoming an expert in Blithequark's advertising solutions, adapting product pointers quickly to match customer desires, and asking probing questions to overcome customer objections and rejection.
  • Reaching and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, with a strong work ethic and tenacity being key to your success.
  • Living organized and controlling your time effectively to complete your daily tasks, with a focus on winning and achieving your targets.

What It Takes to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • No fear of the smartphone and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Widespread computer and email skills, with experience using Google Suite and a MacBook computer.
  • A work environment free of distractions, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
  • The potential to efficiently prioritize duties and manage independently with minimal supervision.
  • A valid US sales authorization (if applicable).
